Payment of Fee:
 
Fee is to be paid by way of Cash/Demand Draft (DD) / Pay order Cheque within the stipulated period of each year failing which a penalty of Rs.20 per day will be charged.
After a period of 30 days, the name of the defaulting students will be struck off the rolls. However , re –admission within one month could be sought by paying Rs.500 along with the same fine/penalty as mentioned in para (a).
   
Fees Non-refundable: The fee once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever only security deposited will be refunded after making necessary clearance from Accounts Department.
   
Right of Alteration/Modification :
 
Management  reserves the right to alter or  modify the  course Structure  of  any of  its  programme  to  suit   the   changing  trends/practices in industry  and academia in India
International Institute of Management, Media & I.T. (IIMMI) reserves the right to change the prescribed fee structures as mentioned in the brochure .
   
All students will have to appear in the theory and practical examination to become eligible for the Diploma/Degree/Certificates.
   
A minimum attendance of 75% is necessary for appearing in the Diploma/Degree/ Certificate examination.
   
International Institute of Management, Media & I.T. (IIMMI) is not  responsible  for  delay  in  supply of study  material & delay in examination schedule of the University & the University has a sole discretionary power in all the matters.
   
Participation in the production exercises is necessary for a student as a part of his/her course. The photo of any student will be displayed in the magazine , Newspaper or any other mode of advertisement of the institute.
   
Dispute: No dispute shall be raised after the expiry of 30 Days from the date on which the process of admission  or selection is completed.
   
Cancellation of Admission: International Institute of Management, Media & I.T. (IIMMI) reserves its right to cancel the admission of a candidate under any of the following   conditions:
 
If fee is not deposited within stipulated date.
The candidate fails to join a particular programme(s) after the fee has been paid.
The candidate fails to furnish the proof of the minimum qualification.
Any student is found to be misbehaving or not maintaining discipline at any point of time in the institute premises.
The University cancel the admission of the student at any reason, International Institute of Management, Media & I.T. is not responsible.
   
Jurisdiction: Any dispute pertaining to admission or any matter of the student or alumnus of International Institute of Management, Media & I.T. (IIMMI) shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court only.
   

Library: The membership security of the library fee is Rs.1000/- and is  refundable after successful and completion of the course. The Institute has a rich library having latest & best Books on the subject, covered & having booklets of national & International Journals & periodical for general reading to enhance their knowledge. While issuing the books the student will be liable to hold the responsibility for the upkeeps & proper maintenance of the books & return in proper condition. If the students fail to return the book(s), the full price of the books shall be recovered along with fine of Rs. 10 per day after the due date. Only an amount of Rs. 500/- will be deducted, towords the payment of alumni fees.

   
Admission Procedure: Candidates who fulfill the required minimum qualification should submit their Application Form for the desired course in the prescribed Form, which is enclosed at the end of this booklet.
   
The Students should follow rules and regulations of the institute / University. In the case of disobligation/ disobidence student would be considered as punishable under the law of Institute/ University.
   

The student who opt university courses they will be given education as per norms of the university.
